siRNA-LDH纳米偶联物治疗COVID-19的预期假说
COVID-19 is a devastating outbreak that has developed from December, 2019. SARS-CoV-2 is the causative organism of this disease condition. However, as this is a novel virus human race do not know the curative measures of this disease. They don’t know the treatment procedure but only few preventive measures are known to them. In today’s era of nanotechnology, nanoparticles may be used to combat this disease condition. In this publication, a hypothesis is drawn on a prospective therapeutic procedure to combat COVID-19. A nanoconjugate comprising of siRNA and Layered double hydroxide may be used as an intranasal spray to treat this disease condition. Specific siRNA sequence that will target the RNA sequence of the virus will help to resist the replication and infection of the virus. As this nanoconjugate will not have any side effect it may become an optimum therapeutic measure for COVID-19.
关于顺势疗法原理的新解释
Homeopathy is approximately two hundred and fifty years old medical system. In homeopathy, extremely small dose of original substances is used to treat diseases that produce similar symptoms of the disease. Therefore, two principles of homeopathy are the law of similars and the law of minute dose. Hahnemann proposed that similar symptoms produced by remedies occupy the space of the disease. Reaction or withdrawal effect of the remedy goes against the symptoms of the disease and thus the disease is cured. Although similar substances are used to treat diseases, some substances produce both similar and opposite symptoms of the disease. Again many substances used in minute dose previously exist in the body as large doses. The other principles of homeopathy are the law of chronic diseases and the law of vital force. Hahnemann considered psora or scabies like syphilis. Like syphilis, he considered skin symptoms as primary symptoms and chronic diseases as secondary symptoms. On the other hand, high potency homeopathic remedies do not contain any original substance to produce a reaction or withdrawal effect and 'vital force' theory has been refuted in modern science. Therefore these two principles have limitations too. Hahnemann proposed that water is able to retain the memory of the original substance. Modern observers suggest that water can form nanoparticles like original substances. But there is no strong proof that nanoparticles are found in bloodstream or breast milk. To explain homeopathy these limitations should be amended.

Type of the lymphatic system is a new concept put forward by foreign scholars in recent years. It is similar to the lymphatic system, is the brain of the internal fluid metabolism channel and its metabolites in the brain plays a major role in the process of removal, sleep disorders in alzheimer's disease brain stroke, traumatic brain injury and other central nervous system diseases. The Tri-jiao theory is a very important in traditional Chinese medicine plate structure, it is from the function to traffic from running water channel, but still no definite conclusion on structure. This paper attempts to explore the relationship between trioke and the lymphatic system and their influence on Alzheimer's disease through modern medical research on the lymphatic system, so as to provide new inspirations for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
小续命汤治疗中风疗效性的meta分析
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaoxuming decoction(XXMD) in the treatment of stroke. Methods: Randomized controlled trials of XXMD in the treatment of stroke was searched from January 1, 2015 to March 1, 2020. The data extraction and methodological quality evaluation were carried out by two researchers according to the pre-established inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the final inclusion study was analyzed by meta using Revman5.3. Results: 22 RCT literatures were included, with a total of 1947 cases. Compared with the control group, the experimental group could reduce the score of NIHSS scale (95%CI (-3.37,- 2.19), P<0.001), stroke score (95%CI (-2.71,-1.85), P<0.001), and BI (95%CI (6.15,8.50, P<0.001). And the effective rate of the experimental group was 3.58 times higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (95%CI (2.40,5.36), P=0.0001). Conclusion: XXMD combined with western medicine is superior to western medicine in improving the symptoms of neurological deficit and living ability and the effective rate of stroke. In terms of clinical effective rate, the effective rate of XXMD in acute stage is 1.02 times higher than that in non-acute stage. However, no improvement in efficiency was found after syndrome differentiation. Future research may achieve higher efficacy in syndrome types other than Fengtanyuzu.
基于新型冠状病毒肺炎思探养阴化痰法
To explore the theoretical basis of nourishing yin and resolving phlegm method and the characteristics of stage drug use. Inquire literature and seek the internal relationship between phlegm, dampness, water, drink and body fluid, blood and yin essence, and to expound the theoretical basis and characteristics of nourishing yin and resolving phlegm method. We put forward that expectorant is the key to the diagnosis and treatment of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in traditional Chinese medicine. Phlegm, drinking, dampness, body fluid, blood, and yin essence belong to the category of yin. Clinical syndrome can be evaluated based on the degree of yin injury and phlegm dampness.
